About

My name is Lori Z. Scott.

I’m best known for my humorous Meghan Rose chapter book series and my YA sports series.

​But, in addition to these bestselling and award-winning books, I’ve published over 200 articles, short stories, devotions, and poems for magazines like Brio and Focus on the Family. And, oh yeah, I teach second grade full-time. Kids and books are my worlds.

Fun facts:​

* I can draw with both hands simultaneously.

* I can recite several children's poems on the fly, including Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll.

* I am never bored with board games.
